Bliska acts as an intermediary and does not directly offer or manage the services listed by providers.

3. User Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Provide accurate, updated, and lawful content
• Refrain from posting fake profiles, misleading information, or spam
• Respect other users and avoid abusive or discriminatory behavior
• Not use the Platform for illegal or harmful activities

Bliska reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Service Provider Obligations

• Offer only real, legal services that you are qualified to provide
• Honor your commitments with users who book or request your services
• Keep your availability, pricing, and portfolio accurate
• Comply with all licensing, tax, or legal requirements that apply to your profession

Bliska is not responsible for any legal, tax, or contractual obligations related to your service offering.

5. Fees and Payments

Some features or transactions on Bliska may be subject to fees (e.g., promotional listings, subscriptions). These terms will be clearly displayed before purchase.

• Payments may be processed via third-party providers such as Wafacash, NAPS, Stripe, or PayPal
• Bliska does not store or process credit card information
• All purchases are final unless otherwise stated

6. User Content and Licenses

You may upload content such as profile pictures, descriptions, and portfolio images. By submitting content, you grant Bliska a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, use, and distribute this content on the Platform, solely for service-related purposes.

You remain the owner of your content, but must ensure it:

• Does not violate any copyright or intellectual property laws
• Does not contain offensive, illegal, or harmful material

7. Limitation of Liability

Bliska is a neutral intermediary and is not liable for:

• The quality, accuracy, or safety of services provided by third parties
• Cancellations, disputes, or damages arising from user or provider interactions
• Loss of data, revenue, or access due to platform outages or maintenance
• Third-party content, ads, or external links

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, if any.

8. Account Termination

• Suspend or delete any account for violating these Terms
• Remove content that is illegal, inappropriate, or infringes on rights
• Terminate access to the Platform at any time for legal or operational reasons

You may also delete your account at any time through your user settings.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Platform (including trademarks, logos, design, code, and structure) are the exclusive property of Bliska S.A.R.L. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. In case of dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Agadir, Morocco.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will notify you via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
