DMCA Copyright Infringement Policy

Bliska S.A.R.L. (“Bliska”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of our platform to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines how copyright infringement claims are handled in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and general international best practices.

1. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, used, or published on Bliska’s platform without your authorization in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a takedown request by providing a written notice including:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  • A clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • A description of where the allegedly infringing content appears (e.g., URL or user profile)
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

2. Submit a DMCA Notice

3. Counter Notification

If your content was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe it was wrongly taken down, you may file a counter-notification that must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the content removed and its previous location on the platform
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Morocco and will accept service of process from the original complainant

Once received, we may restore the content unless the complainant files legal action within the appropriate timeframe.

4. Repeat Infringers

Bliska reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that are subject to multiple copyright complaints or who repeatedly violate this policy, with or without prior notice.

Bliska is not a legal authority and cannot adjudicate copyright disputes. We act in good faith and in compliance with applicable legal frameworks to protect rights holders and platform integrity.
