- Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (Morocco), enforced by the CNDP

1. Right of Access
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you. This includes:

2. Right to Rectification
If your personal data is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, you have the right to request that we correct or update it without unnecessary delay.
3. Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten)
You can request the deletion of your personal data when:
- It is no longer necessary for the purposes we collected it
- You withdraw consent and there’s no other legal basis
- You object to processing and we have no overriding reason to keep it
- It was processed unlawfully
Note: We may retain some data for legal or legitimate business purposes.
4. Right to Restriction of Processing
You may request that we temporarily limit how we use your personal data if:
- You contest its accuracy
- Processing is unlawful but you don’t want it erased
- You need the data to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim
5. Right to Object
You have the right to object to:
- The processing of your data based on our legitimate interests
- The use of your data for direct marketing purposes
We will stop processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds or are required by law.
6. Right to Data Portability
You may request to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You may also ask us to transfer it directly to another controller, where technically feasible.
7. Right to Withdraw Consent
If we process your data based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
8. Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe your data rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant authority:
